On September 14, 2016, in Syktyvkar, the Government of the Republic of Komi, Nobel Oil LLC (OC) and CB Rublev JSC have concluded a cooperation agreement. The purpose of this agreement is to join efforts to organize and hold a high-level “Little Nobel Prize of the Komi Republic – 2016” contest.
